Editors

This section contains subtopics for Timeline, Periodic, MagSweep, Waveform, Multimedia, and Details List View. Each has a brief description of the Editor, a picture of the Editor, and a link to the detailed write up for the Editor in the Reference Section.

Periodic

The Periodic Editor is the main interface for designing Periodic effects. All parameters can be manipulated through this editor and the resulting effect waveform is displayed prominently in the center.

MagSweep

The MagSweep Editor is the main interface for designing MagSweep effects. All parameters can be manipulated through this editor and the resulting effect is displayed prominently in the center.

Waveform

The Waveform Editor is the main interface for designing Waveform effects. All parameters can be manipulated through this editor and the resulting effect is displayed prominently in the center.

Multimedia

The Multimedia Editors display information contained in a Multimedia file. The editor is used to modify the file path associated with a Multimedia object as well as playback a selected file.

Timeline

The Timeline Editor is the main interface for designing Timelines. The Launch Events that make up the timeline can be inserted, deleted and manipulated through this editor. The resulting effects are displayed prominently in the center.

It is possible to mute one or more tracks in a Timeline. To mute a track, click the checkbox next to the desired Timeline effect. When the Timeline effect is played, the selected effect is muted.

Details List

The Details List is not displayed in the Editor Tab View like the rest of the editors explained in this section. Instead, the Details List appears in the List View area. The objects contained in the active document are displayed in the Details List in tabular form. Parameters of multiple effects can be viewed and modified from the Details List view.
